Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds via Google Play or the App Store

Because payments are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad), refund requests must generally be submitted directly to the store you purchased through. Google Play and Apple each have their own refund policies which govern most purchase decisions. To request a refund from Google: go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, find Parasha Kids, and follow the refund request process. To request a refund from Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Parasha Kids purchase, and follow the refund request process. Apple decides Apple refund requests — we cannot process, expedite, or guarantee an App Store refund.

Our Goodwill Refund Approach

We aim to be fair. If you are unhappy with the App and have not substantially used the content, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to help, including supporting a refund request to Google or Apple where appropriate.

Your Statutory Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you may have statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a right of withdrawal for digital content purchases, subject to certain exceptions (for example, where digital content has been fully delivered with your prior consent). Depending on where you live, you may also have other mandatory consumer rights, for example rights that apply if the App or its content is faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not by itself give you a refund for the current billing period already paid, unless a refund is required by law or granted by Google or Apple. When the subscription period ends, all linked family users will also lose access to premium content. See the Subscription & Purchase Terms for instructions on how to cancel.
